Throughout his career, Mr. Khoury has managed or consulted on commercial real estate transactions throughout the United States and Canada. Prior to joining REALM Capital, Dan worked at CW Capital Asset Management and had completed over $4 billion of distressed commercial real estate loan and REO transaction business. In addition, he was in investment banking and private commercial real estate which involved property and loan valuation and due diligence services to Wall Street investment banks and equity investors.
Mr. Khoury received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick.
Ms. Sefert has worked in various asset management positions for the past 15 years. Before joining Trimont, she worked for C-III Asset Management and J.E. Robert Company in their Special Servicing departments. While there, she resolved $380 million of defaulted CMBS loans through various exit strategies. She has underwritten more than $800 million in Healthcare/Senior Living mortgages for Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. She also worked for Prudential Asset Management, servicing a $650 million performing debt portfolio. Prior to Prudential, she worked for Washington Mutual, as a financial analyst.
Ms. Sefert received a Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing and a Masters of Business Administration, Finance from the University of North Texas.
Mr. Faseler previously served as Senior Vice President of C-III Asset Management LLC (f/k/a Centerline Servicing Inc., f/k/a ARCap Servicing, Inc.) in Irving, Texas after joining the company in 2006. At C-III he managed a portfolio of non-performing CMBS loans collateralized by all property asset classes with an aggregate principal loan balance in the nine figures.
Prior to joining C-III, Mr. Faseler began his commercial real estate career at ORIX USA (formerly ORIX Capital Markets) where he held positions in their Special Servicing department and as an Asset Manager for ORIX’s CMBS Transaction team where he was responsible for underwriting, negotiating and closing loan assumptions, modifications, waivers and other transactions.
Mr. Faseler received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.
